- Wartung, Administration und Konfiguration des Salesforce CRM-Systems
- Sicherstellung des reibungslosen operativen Betriebs der Schnittstellen zu angebundenen Systemen
- Durchführung des 2nd Level Supports für Salesforce
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen und Fehlern im Salesforce-Umfeld
- Anpassung bestehender Schnittstellen sowie Einrichtung und Konfiguration neuer Schnittstellen
- Begleitung und Durchführung von Releasewechseln und Updates von Salesforce
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Salesforce-Systemlandschaft
- Analyse von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und deren technische Umsetzung
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellung eines stabilen und effizienten Systembetriebs

Das bringen Sie mit
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker für Anwendungsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit nachweisbarer Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse in der Administration und Systemkonfiguration von Salesforce
- Erste praktische Erfahrung im Salesforce Application Management
- Gutes Verständnis der Prozesse in den Bereichen Vertrieb, Service und Marketing
- Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
- Analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität und Freude daran, auch für komplexe Anforderungen passende Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Lernfähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse in ITIL sind von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office und Microsoft Teams
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau
- Gute Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau
