- Planning and organization of test and race events in close coordination with the respective group leaders
- Knowledge and application of the respective sporting regulations during the events
- Representing the brand to motorsport authorities, race organizers, guests, and sponsors
- Maintaining close coordination with all departments
- Reporting to the division management on the development and status of all activities
- Constantly striving to improve procedures and processes on site and during race operations
